With more than twenty-five years of experience within the recruiting and staffing industry, Joely is SHRM-CP certified and has developed working relationships with many of the largest employers in the tri-state area. Prior to starting JbJ, Joely held senior level positions with Epic Staffing and PROmed Personnel Services.

Michael Fajardo is the Director of Operations of JbJ. Michael served as the former CFO of Facilitated Growth LLC, overseeing the accounting and structuring of the Facilitated Growth investment portfolio. Prior to joining Facilitated Growth, Michael was a Senior Accountant & Enrolled Agent for Baum & Baum CPA’s in New York City,
